Once a year, Andreas Caminada and Marcel Skibba invite to the Uccelin Charity at Schloss Schauenstein. The best in the industry cook for the benefit of young talent and combine their culinary skills to create a unique menu. This year, on Monday, 1 December, Andreas Caminada and Marcel Skibba will be delighted to lead the guests through the culinary lunch and evening with two international guest chefs.
