Uccelin Foundation offers two training programmes.
Within the framework of the tailor-made foundation programmes, our scholarship holders can decide wich restaurants and which producers they want to visit.
Programme for Culinary Talents
This programme is geared toward young and motivated chefs. The 20-week programme is modular, which means it includes the following parts:
Beginning: Two weeks at Schloss Schauenstein in Fürstenau, Switzerland
Insight into three Uccelin restaurant partners for four weeks each
Insight into four Uccelin partner producers, each for one week
Final week: Schloss Schauenstein (includes creation and presentation of the final product)
